ABOUT BRITISH CONNECTIONS

British connections started in the year 2006. We started with a “Big Bang” conducting English Trainings, Voice and Accent Trainings, Personality Development Training and many more. We have trained a whole lot of people making a difference in their career lives, and enjoyed every bit. Our trainers love what they do.

It was in the year 2007 that I introduced “Train The Trainer” Certified Course in British Connections Training Institute. It’s been nearly 14 years of training more than 500 people to be some of the best trainers in India as well as people who came from overseas to get trained in British Connections. TTT has become the passion of British Connections. We are in love with this Course and will put in all that is needed to reach out and train you too to be the best.

OUR FOUNDERS

SULABHA CHADWICK

Mrs. Sulabha Chadwick has been brought up in East Africa (Kenya, Nairobi), did her Senior Cambridge in Nairobi and completed her further education in India, through Bombay University. Has also completed her M.A (in English).

She has worked for several years as being the most successful and the youngest head Of the Department in the Y.W.C.A Commercial College, Mumbai and had at that time trained the best and most sought after secretaries in Mumbai. She has worked as the right hand to Mr. Subash Chandra Goel (owner of Zee TV and many other companies).

RAY CHADWICK

Ray served 12 years in the Royal Air force (RAF) in personnel and administration both in the UK and Overseas. After he left the Air Force he took up Admin/ Personnel posts, Personnel Management and HRD Management for large Multi National Companies.

Currently he heads the Business Development and Marketing of British Connections. He has a wide experience in dealing with both Indian and International Clients.

TRAINING NEED ANALYSIS

Training needs analysis is a process that a trainer goes through in order to determine all the training that needs to be completed in a certain period to allow their trainee to complete their assignments as effectively as possible.

PLANNING TRAINING MODULES

Helps You To Plan Your Training For The Year. Once you have identified the skills gaps that exist in your trainee, and then all the other trainees who need additional training in certain areas, it’s easy to pull together a training plan which will cover all these skills gaps.

DELIVERY SKILLS

Delivering a training course requires many skills. A trainer must know the content well or be an expert in it. Trainers must feel confident about their domain or expertise, however a good trainer must poses a set of skills directly dedicated to training others and on transfer of knowledge form one person to another.

HOW TO GIVE CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK

Constructive feedback is information-specific, issue-focused, and based on observations.
